Barclays bank manager has announced property prices would fall a further 15 percent next year. John Varley who spoke in an interview with Sky News said that he felt we are half way through the credit crises. He believes we began to move into the recession in 2007 when house prices dropped dramatically and have continued to drop and will continue to drop to do so until the end of 2009. He is optimistic about Britons financial situation. He believes that 2010 will bring us an increase in house prices; a rise in employment and the economy will start growing again.
