Car crash victim awarded £3.5 million in damages

A man, who was hit by a car whilst walking along a road, has agreed to a £3.5 million settlement on the basis of 50/50 liability against the motorist insurers.

The car crash victim who now requires constant care after suffering skull fractures which resulted in brain damage, a broken hip and broken right ankle.
