A caravan park who advertised for one job at their site in Snowdonia has received over 500 applications, reflecting the current economic climate.
Riverside Touring Park had advertised a job for an assistant manager for their recently refurbished site in Betws y Coed, which consists of 60 touring caravan pitches and 65 holiday homes.
The redeveloped site, which cost £3 million, has been upgraded to a 5 star caravan park and has reflected a 20% increase in the number of visitors since. The newly appealing site has also been very attractive to over 500 candidates who have applied for the position of the assistant manager. The managing director of Riverside Touring Park commented that he had never had such a good response.
A shortlist is currently being put together by the Shrewsbury based company, ready for them to contact a select number of candidates for interviews.
