Lower Premium, driving down the price of insurance

Optimism of home run business owners

Owners of home run businesses believe that they are better placed than their bigger competitors in weathering the current economic downturn according to a new survey.

Optimism is so high that just over 70 per cent of home based, self employed professionals think they can maintain and even grow their current level of business during the downturn.

Only 8 per cent thought that the current market held no opportunities at all or thought that they too would see work fall off.

The survey, by RSA, seems to suggest that the economic climate might not be as bleak as many experts have led us to believe.
