Lower Premium, driving down the price of insurance

The Stuart Little house

A house that measures just 6ft in width has gone onto the market for just under £550,000, this equates to £4 per square foot. The house located in west London has been evaluated by estate agents to be worth more that half a million pounds for its novelty value.

The property has 5 floors, including a basement, and offers buyers two bedrooms, a dining room, a kitchen located in the basement, a bathroom, shower room, two reception rooms and a study. The house has been on view to the public over the weekend giving them the chance to view the cosy and quaint house.

The property recently went on the market with an asking price £61,450 less than today's price, which estate agents put down to London's low interest rates and the current low value of stocks.
