To all those X Factor fans looking to get a piece of the action, the house where the current finalists are staying during the finals is to be put up for sale at the end of the show. Although when you hear for how much you may be put off, the property will be marketed at a cool £6.25 million.
The property will be put on the market in January and estate agents believe it wont be on for long, as before the house was used by the hit ITV show it attracted a lot of private attention.
The house has been given its high price tag not because of its X celebrity residents, but because of its technology and modern approach to housing. The fingerprint entry system house host's six bedrooms, a gym, media room and a suspended walkway from the kitchen out on to a landscaped garden. All this combined adds up to a house bathed in luxury and class.
